Inspiron 24-5477, headphone jack, HDMI in/out, not working
My headphone jack does not work. Also, the HDMI in and out do not work. I sent my Inspiron 24-5477 back already for a different issue. Is there a fix for this? Or will I just get another replacement that wont work again?

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.
Have you checked for a hardware issue yet? Please run systems diagnostics like Dell SupportAssist. Make a note of any error messages encountered and post back. If there are none, then that might indicate either a driver or software problem.
