Inspiron 3671, additional GPU for extra monitor
Our office recently purchased an Inspiron 3671 with the Intel UHD Graphics 630 GPU which only handles one monitor. I see that an NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 is used in the upgraded 3671 models but the power supply of our machine tops out at 290W max, short of the 300W needed for the GT730.
Are there any video cards that require less watts that we can install just to get a second monitor running on this machine?
It seems the only option is to upgrade the power supply and go with the GT 730 at the moment. That or return the tower and order an inspiron 3671 with a GT 730.

A simpler option would be to get a USB3>{video} dongle, where {video} is a port supported by the second monitor, eg USB3>HDMI.
Just make sure the dongle supports Win 10 and the "native" (AKA: "Recommended" or "Optimum") resolution of the monitor to be connected to the dongle.
