Inspiron 5675, replacement GPU options

I have to repost this since apparently my last one was inappropriately marked as spam. The GPU on this machine has a loud whine I'd like to replace it with something quieter, what are my options? Not the CPU, I already replaced that fan with a quieter more efficient fan. I would like to know if there any recommendations or compatible graphics cards for this PC.
