Hi
I just had to replace the hard drive in my Inspiropn One 2320. I now have WIndows 10 Home.
Mostly everything is fine but I have 4 "Other devices" with missing drivers. I have searched the forum but haven't managed to identify the solution for this PC / these devices. Name and Hardware ids are shown below.

Thanks in advance

These are Known issues with ALL windows.
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/inspiron-one-2320/drivers
If your system did not come with windows 10 its not likely dell will support it with windows 10. Not supported doesn't mean not working but it DOES MEAN you must use WIN7 OR WIN8 WDDM 1.X drivers.
Bios should be A10

CHIPSET Should be first.

Easy question...
Well...you have many options.
Download the driver via the DELL supportpage.
Or search I mean just google for the HarwareIDs you posted.
Or just get it through Windows 10 update. It automatically detects every hardware driver needed for your system. But first you have to activate in the windows 10 update the option for downloading and installing third party drivers.

Windows 10 is not supported by Dell for this model.
You are limited to what Windows installs and possibly using Dell Win 8/8.1 drivers for these devices in a compatibility mode.
The devices (hardware) are apparently not Win 10 compatible or Windows would at least install a generic driver.

VEN 8086 is INTEL. VEN 1131 is YUAN TECH TV TUNER
https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=pci\+ven_1131&dev_7134&
USB\VID_0BDA is Realtek
RTS 5179 Card Reader(Windows 8.1 x86 and x64)
https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER00947540M/2/CARDREADER_REALTEK_W8_A00_setup-73X7V_ZPE.exe
Without chipset and audio and AMT HECI SOL drivers it will NEVER install generic drivers for legacy products.
This is the case for legacy video drivers from INTEL AMD NVIDIA etc.
Realtek had their Windows installer certificate revoked so every feature update will STOMP on and Disable
realtek audio, card readers, bluetooth, etc.
Those items whether feature update or clean install must be RE INSTALLED over and over and over and over again due to malware getting in and replacing the drivers with nonsense.

Oh...I see...I didn't read you question carefully.
Well for old systems I would prefer not to install windows 10 at all.
Use windows 8 instead because Windows 10 would run too slow and as you see some hardware drivers are not compatible.
Or just switch to Linux Mint.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone who took the time to respond.
Everything now seems to be working with the exception of the TV tuner for some reason - but I can definitely live with that for now.
The onward link from here https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/ScopedViewRedirect.aspx?updateid=26199ce0-5f8d-45db-9d0d-f44139014f38 mentioned above seems to be broken.
I found an earlier thread here Inspiron One 2320, Windows 10 drivers, Nvidia GeForce GT 525M, TV tuner - Dell Community which has a couple of different links but still struggling with that particular item.
But thanks again for all the help

After a little more searching I founfd this driver on the Dell site
https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-uk/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=j1v3r
This seems to have been accepted for my Inspiron One 2023
Thanks again
