Monitor entering power save mode
I've been using this monitor for a few months and just started having the issue with it entering power save mode. I changed VGA cables 3 times and no luck. 2 days ago, the monitor miraculously worked, and yesterday, same issue. PLEASE HELP!
Side note: I've been using 2 monitors. Well, 1 now because of the aforementioned monitor.

Power save mode means the video card is not sending a signal or the monitor is not receiving the signal. What model computer and monitor? Run the Diagnostics to test the hardware.

If monitor is old, sometimes it drops video signal suddenly out of nowhere, on pc restart it may regain video signal temporarily. consider replacing it if another monitor connected to same video port has no issue. If monitor is new, that should not happen.

Always include exact PC model and version of Windows in your posts.
Do you have an add-in video card (eg, AMD or NVidia) or only onboard graphics?
What happens if you swap monitors between those two ports, assuming the "working" monitor also has a VGA port...?
