That means Dell only validated NVIDIA GT730 LP in this PC. Doesn't necessarily mean other Low Profile video cards won't work.
BUT... the stock PSU is only 200W and it's not a standard PSU, so probably not upgradeable. That's going to limit the video card you can use to the one Dell offered.
