No wifi

Dell sent me an update that canceled my ability to log in. Msft told me to delete hard drive but now I have no WiFi. They’ve gone thru all the normal steps and they have failed. I’m not a techie so any answers s b simply written. I only have 1 Pc and no lap top.

Realistically, you should probably get a friend or family-member to help you. Maybe buy them dinner ?

If you have money to spend, hire a reputable local computer technician or sign-up for a good paid support-service contract.

First step is to connect to the routers WiFi hot-spot (SSID) with some other (working) computer or mobile device ... just to make sure it is even working.

Exactly what does "delete hard drive" mean?

Did you reset Windows to its original configuration or something else..??
