restore computer back to factory setting

@catonpub2  - Always include exact PC model number in your posts and build of Win 10 you're running, eg, v20H2. If you don't know version of Win 10, open a CMD prompt window and type in: winver and press Enter.

You may not be able to go back to the original Win 8.1 because you updated to Win 10, meaning the original 8.1 image is probably gone forever.

Give us more details about "Programs are not working like they used to work". Does that mean they're running slow, won't run, giving error messages, or...?

Reboot and immediately start tapping F12. When the F12 menu opens, look for the option to run the diagnostics. Run all of them, including RAM and extended drive tests - be patient while they run!  Copy error messages, if any, and post them here.

When was last time you scanned thoroughly for malware with something like Malwarebytes (free)?

Suggest you back up all your personal files on an external USB drive ASAP, to be safe...

Windows 10 is Version 20H2

I hope this will help.  I would love to restore this computer to the factory settings which is Windows 8.1 if that is possible.  Or is there a place online where I can download Windows 8.1?

If not can anyone recommend somewhere where I can purchase card games like cribbage, eucher, bridge, etc that are compatible with Windows 10.  The ones I purchased for my Windows 8 do not work on Windows 10, ie I cannot enlarge them to full screen so I can see them to play.

Suggestions will be appreciated.

@catonpub2  Have you tried using the Magnifier function in Win 10?

To increase the Magnifier zoom level, press the Windows logo key  +  Plus sign (+)

To decrease the Magnifier zoom level, press the Windows logo key  + Minus sign (-)

If that doesn't help, try running your games in Compatibility Mode for Win 8. Right-click the shortcut for each game and select PROPERTIES from the list.

When that opens, click the COMPATIBILITY tab and put a check in the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for: (select Win 8 from the list)

Unfortunately, 6R4DQSF  is not a model number.

It also apparently isn't a Service Tag number either.

If that does not work, you will need to manually install Windows 8.1 yourself. 

Download Windows 8.1 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO  and create a bootable USB to re-install Windows 8.1

There isn't a restore to previous when you upgrade a 2012 computer to windows 10.

the model is 3048 series. I hope this is correct.
