Won't boot
Won't boot. Only get DELL logo shuts down. Pressed F12, got to 1st screen shutdown

Hi
Run a hardware diagnostic.
Make a Bootable USB.
Disconnect everything you can, both external and internal, and start with only CPU, Memory and Graphics.
If that does not post, leave only the CPU, and that should generate an error message.
Please report any progress.
If in doubt please ask.

Always state PC model and OS in initial posts.
If it was working before, and now isn't, the 1st step of troubleshooting is replace the size 2032 CMOS battery. Bad batteries affect BIOS and therefore PC operation. Please do that first and let us know what it does.
So it shuts down also when you got to the F12 Boot & Diagnostics menu?
