Wrong Delivery ? Missing items

I placed the order for DELL Inspiron 27 7000 on 17/01/2022. Before payment DELL mentioning I can get item on next day. After payment I got email:  We apologize for the delay. Thank you for your recent order with Dell. We are working to ship your order as quickly as possible. The delivery date for your order to arrive has been updated to   07/02/2022. But suddenly I got another email and my order has been delivered on 19/01/2022. I open the delivered package today and found the item is Inspiron AIO DT 7700 and 1) Wireless mouse with Keyboard and 2) UK power cord were missing. The DELL support service is available only on Mon-Friday from 9am to 5pm. Its much inconvenient for me. I want to know is DELL Inspiron 27 7000 and Inspiron AIO DT 7000 is same aa-in-one computer? Are they come without mouse, key board and power cord? I checked order-list and found all these missing items are included. Then how comes DELL doing such negligence?

The AIO in your photo is 27 7700. It is also known as 27 7000. Dell has been making nebulous model nomenclature in the Inspiron series for a while.

they forgot to include kb mouse + uk cord. Just call them. Dell hopefully would not mind expedite a reshipment to you.

Thank you redxps630 for your response. I will try but how comes DELL forgot to put all accessories :(. I think better return this product and buy another company product.

Small human errors at factory do upset customer and make them doubt the quality of high tech product.  I would say before you return it find a power cord and kb/mouse to turn it on and enjoy it while you can.

Dear redxos630, well as I think and understanding it is not a small human errors. It was BIG MISTAKE and HIGH LEVEL NEGLIGENCE of whole DELL system. Hope you might be understand and feel because of these missing parts I have to hold my urgent works.
