1-year old Inspiration 7370 started having problems….
The one-year warranty of my inspiration 13-7000 just ended and it began showing me different type of problems:
- The touch screen suddenly stopping working……
- And then the system alerts me “The battery is reaching its usable life. Continue testing?” Only one-year useful life?
I am not sure if it is some kind of trick to force me to buy another year warranty or it is just my bad luck. Anyone has the similar issues? I didn’t expect DELL laptop has such low quality when I bought it.
