100% cpu usage until the task manager is turned on
The issue is, when my task manager is not running, the cpu usage shown in the Armoury crate software maintains 90 to 100 percent and the temperature goes upto 90degrees even when the laptop is in idle state(no other apps running). To see which program is running and using so much cpu, I turn on the task manager and magically the usage drops to 3 to 10 percent in both the Armory crate software and task manager. Temperature also starts to drop. site
My laptop is 12 months old and I have facing this issue for 6 months now. I have a laptop with amd ryzen 7 4800h processor, 16gb ram. I So for some time now, I always keep the task manager on, the problem is only prevented, not cured. Today after working my first shift and left the laptop lid open and headed out for lunch. When I came back, I saw the browser and vscode(my code editor) had crashed due to hardware errors. I apparently forgot to keep the task manager on. When I turn it on, the temperatures dropped and the usage was normal.

Machine is 6 months old and is in warranty so no point wasting time which clearly seems like a hardware issue.
RESET BIOS to default
REINSTALL OS after backing up your data.
DO not use RESET feature of windows. Use F12 > SupportAssist OS recovery > RESET > RESET and update

Restart the computer a few times and check for Windows Updates.
In the Search box on the taskbar, enter Windows Update, select Windows Update. On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates.
If the issue persists, then try Clean Boot and check.
