30-40% CPU usage even when system is idle.

I have a Dell 3542 laptop (i5 4th gen, 8GB ram, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD). Strangely the System and System interrupt are taking 30-40% of CPU usage and very high power usage.

This is happening since I have upgraded to windows 10. 

In Ubuntu 18 also I have noticed very high CPU usage (high fan speed). I believe it's a BIOS/Driver issue.

Anyone else facing the same??

If not then please let me know which all drivers you are using.
