5577 bluetooth and wifi range issues.
Hi guys, very suddenly the wifi and bluetooth range on my Inspiron 5577 shortened drastically.
They both still work, but before my bluetooth would connect all over the house, but now will only work within 50cm or so of the laptop, the wifi similarly used to pick up loads of local networks but now will only pick up a wifi network if it's in the same room, and even then only at a few bars.
I have tried a network reset, manually reinstalling drivers, and changing the power management to maximum performance. I've also tried a system restore to when it was working normally, but nothing seems to work.
I'm also having the major issues with the left hinge that has been reported on this device by others. I'm wondering if this sort of lowered-but-not-gone performance could have been caused by debris getting in through the hinge damage?
In the meantime I'm using external adaptors which work fine.

hi my friend.
I also got the same issue. I couldn't find any solution in YouTube or google. but I think the problem with Wi-Fi adapter. I'm using my laptop in small room and my router in the same room, and when i go to the other side from the room my laptop losing the Wi-Fi signal but I'm still in the same room.
so, should I replace Wi-Fi adapter? what about if replace it and the issue return? is there another solution? please if you find out let me know.
many thanks.
