If the PC Health app says you are good to go then you should be fine. Now MS does have a bug in Windows 11 that causes systems that pass the health check to not be able to update. They are working on it and more on that in this post. You can manually update if your 5579 passes the health check by downloading the media creation tool here (it is the second choice).
But there is one catch here. Your system is not on the Dell compatibility list for Windows 11 even though the health check says you are good to go. So if you do install Windows 11 and down the road you need Dell service, Dell service will insist that you reinstall Windows 10 before they will offer assistance.

For systems sold in markets where local or export laws don't forbit it, the system does support Intel PTT, which is TPM functionality built into the CPU. Though this model does not appear on Dell's Windows 11 compatibility list, it should run Windows 11 just fine as a result.
Look for Intel PTT in system setup and enable it if it's not now - F2 at powerup. If it's greyed out, was the system sold in China, Russia or the middle East initially? Those markets have large segments where export laws or local laws forbid the technology.

Hello, I have a 5579 Dell also, but I can't find the security processor to see if I in fact don't have a TPM 2.0. I went in my BIOS through F12 key then I went to the diagnostic and ran diagnostic check and processor check I didn't see any TPM. Should I buy a new computer? can you help me? stuck like a pig thanks.

@Daniel51 Did you succeed in installing Win 11 on a Dell 5579?
