5591 vs 5491
Silly of me but I don't understand the difference between my (ordered) Inspiron 15 5000 5591 and others reviews as being 5491 or some such. Can anyone explain like I'm 5?

The second digit refers to the screen size. The 5591 is 15"; the 5491 is 14".

@Pencon ejn63 is correct. In some cases the systems can be configured identically except for this difference. But sometimes the 15" models have options for higher wattage/performance CPUs and discrete GPUs since they'll have larger cooling assemblies, and I believe on the Latitude 5000 Series, the 15" models have keyboards that include 10-key number pads, which the 14" models don't.
