That is an Inspiron 15 3525, which is a 2023 model system -- if it was purchased "as new" your warranty is with your seller --- the Dell warranty on a system that's three years old (sold as old stock) will not be in effect.
Contact your seller.

It's best to contact the seller you purchased from as they may have a warranty for the product.
The keys will need to be inspected, cleaned or realigned, or the keyboard will have to be replaced.
Below is believed to be the Service Manual for your system.

Hi
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
This is perhaps an issue between yourself and Vijay sales?
Can you give more (non-personal) details?
