ACPI BIOS ERROR N4110 (No Battery)

I have problem with my Inspiron N4110, when I restart it goes blank screen. When I use hard reset and trying to boot windows 10 it goes blue screen said ACPI BIOS ERROR.

Note : my battery was unable to charge, so I need solution that can help me without using battery.
