Alienware command center (Dell G15 Ryzen edition)
Hello, I recently received my Dell G15 Ryzen edition gaming laptop (Ryzen 7,rtx 3060, 16gb) and I wanted to use the alienware command center. But whenever I start it up, it says that "No supported Alien FX devices detected" and I cannot use the home category or the FX category. I can only see Library and Fusion. I selected the 4 zone rgb keyboard but I can only use the orange default lighting because I can't see the FX category. What do I do? I have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it through microsoft store and numerous other ways but none work.

Check the specifications on your system -- at least in the US, all the currently available models have only the orange-backlit keyboard -- the optional RGB keyboard is not listed on any of the configurations. There are in fact three options: standard keyboard, monochrome backlight or RGB.
I suspect you're going to find that's the situation with your system - that it has the monochrome backlit keyboard, not the RGB option (and therefore does not support the alienware control center).
dell.com/support -- look at the system's original configuration.

What is the "it" you're referring to? The specific hardware list for your system, or the specifications for the model line?
