Did you find a fix? I did a clean install of Windows 11 because of weird windows 10 to 11 upgrade issues and installed all the drivers and software. I cannot get Alienware Command Center to show on my son's account.

No, I did not find a solution. Dell support was very useless also.
I gave up, returned the laptop and bought another brand where the respective app is working in non admin too.
