Alienware Command Center OC controls loading forever

My Alienware control center OC control will not load. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Alienware command center. I have tried other versions to nothing working yet. Any help as to why this will not work would be great. I am on a G3 3590. In the OC logs, I get this error.

(Program.cs) (134): System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'OverclockingService' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'OCControl.Services.OverclockingControl' threw an exception. ---> System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'OCControl.Services.Overclocking.ProfileManager' threw an exception. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I got it working again so what I did was followed this guide to completely uninstall the Alienware Command Center.

How to Remove and Reinstall the Alienware Command Center | Dell US

Then I rebooted. After rebooting I disabled my firewall and anti-virus software. I had the latest version of the Alienware command center installer from dell. I installed that and then rebooted. I then with firewall and anti-virus still off installed my OC controls from Dell's website. I rebooted again. I then went into services and started up the AwCCService before booting the command center and that seemed to have made my OC controls work.

Hello that is exactly the same error in my log file. Its very disapointing that Dell officially does not inform its customers about this problem. I am going to try other versions and see if one works, let you know if some one works.

Was your AWCC working before or is this the first time you are installing it?

It came installed on the computer. It was working when I got the computer then OC controls stopped working. After attempting to uninstall Alienware Command Center and reinstall I could not get OC controls to work.

It's definitely strange and annoying that it has stopped working without nothing apparently happening. If you haven't already done so, you may go to "uninstall a program" in control panel and verify that you have installed both "alienware command center suite" and "alienware oc controls". If you don't have both, go to your PC's support page (if you haven't already, you'll need to input your PC's service tag) and download and install them both. You can either uninstall everything and install from zero, or just overwrite what's already there. After that, if I recall correctly, once you open AWCC it should download some stuff on its own.

I suppose your PC supports AWCC; I followed this process to get it working on mine. You may try to do so and then write here how did it go

Unfortunately, that did not fix the problem of the OC controls not working.

I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I cannot find the posts in the community where I went through all the pain. I can remember the first time was harder than the others, I have reinstalled AWCC several times (lol) and it was then much easier.
Another thing I can think of, may you check if the AWCC service is running in Services? You may also try to restart it, but I have low expectations on this

Also, I forgot this but you must be on audio driver 6.0.1.8656 for some reason or else oc controls will not work.
