- Go to Alienware Command Center Application, display the arrow on the right and go to "Older versions" and download "5.4.35.0, A00" - Download the latest version of Alienware OC Controls Application - Install Alienware Command Center Application - Install Alienware OC Controls Application
When you start, if it asks you for administrator permissions, you decline them, because possibly it will update, returning to the cursor problems, at least that's what I did and right now everything is fine.
I speak Spanish and I translated this, I hope it is understood.
Hello. I was going through this problem too. In contact with some friends, I was advised to disable the "display001VcpSrv" service I'm not sure if the service is essential for the system to work but the cursor problem has been resolved and everything is fine. To disable this service you type windows + R and then type "msconfig" after that you go to the "services" tab and look for the service "display001VcpSrv" Disables and restarts the system.
I don't speak English so sorry if something went wrong in the translation.

To resolve this issue, please download and install the latest version of Alienware Command Center 5.5.14.0 from this link.
If you already have AWCC installed, you should be able to just update to the latest version.

I was able to fix it now and by the time they fix that I thought I'd download an older version so uninstall the one you have and go to: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support /product/g-series-15-5515-laptop/drivers

The Alienware team is aware of the AWCC issue and is looking into the root cause. We will share an update once we hear something back from them.
