Alienware Command Center with Dell G3 3579?
Alright so, for about a year or probably longer, I've been trying to figure out how I can control my fans (HWiNFO64 doesn't work). I recently discovered that with the Dell G3, you can control your fans with the software. However, when I download the Alienware Command Center, I have no option to even see my fan speed. Is this impossible on the Dell G3 3579? Thank you!

I recommend you use SpeedFan.
Just enable DELL support in the configure options and then you're good. Then close the application after you press OK. and then open it again to control it.

Uninstall the command center and try again. Did you enable DELL laptop support? Cause that can fix it and the command center probably messes with it.

I should've put this in the description, but I've also tried SpeedFan. When I try to put the Pwm to the highest or lowest, it automatically just goes down to what it was before.

I did uninstall the Command Center and the same issue is still there. And yes, I did enable the Dell Laptop Support.

Hi @Itzmate thank you for sharing update.
Support for Dell G3 3579 Drivers & Downloads does not include Alienware Command Center or OC Controls. Where did you get the Alienware Command Center from and what is its version?

@Itzmate The Alienware Command Centre won't work with your laptop. However, With models like the G15 5515 which share nearly identical parts as their Alienware brothers. Then that app works. You can try using a program called SpeedFan?
