Auto rotate does not work

Hello, I have Inspiron 7786 2 in 1, but the screen does not rotate upside down in tablet mode like this video for the same model https://youtu.be/W3noC0Ru9wk

Please enter service tag number ( or use Detect PC option) onto the link below. In your Dell (Drivers & Downloads) Product Support page, reinstall Chipset drivers onto the system. Now, the sensor driver should be installed on the computer, hopefully you'll be able to use the option for auto rotate.

I'm assuming windows 10 is on the system.....

Please check to see if the Rotation lock is turn on? You could do this by typing Settings onto [Cortana] search box, select System, Display and then turn on Rotation lock.

Go to control panel > display > change display settings. There you will find the control to set landscape vs landscape (flipped). Change and uncheck allow screen to auto rotate.

Any update Didy1?

You had a chance to reinstall the Chipset drivers onto the system?

@LSUFAN51 I have the same issue and reinstalling chipset driver didn't resolve the problem.
