AWCC background server issue

Dell G15 5510

Dell G15 5510

My AWCC background server sometimes takes lots of memory which leads my computer to crash almost every day. It happens even during web surfing only. I'd like to ask if there is any way to solve this issue. or can I just turn it off in Task Manager or just delete AWCC? Thank you!

Usually, Windows would manage the background services and warned you of any potential issues.  If you feel the AWCC was causing the crashes, temporarily disable them for testing.  If it's resolved, you can keep it disabled but can not delete AWCC as it will cause different problem.

Alternately, a memory upgrade would be a better solution.
