Backlight not staying on
I have a Dell G15 5515 Ryzen Edition laptop, recently the keyboard backlight has not been working correctly. They turn on as the laptop boots but then turn off and won't come again no matter what I do. I've tried going into the BIOS and selecting the "Bright" option over and over again but the problem persists. I've had this problem before but it ended up fixing itself, no luck this time though. Not sure what to do.

The problem seems to have solved itself again, I tried the BIOS solution awhile after posting and it worked. Very strange.

If your keyboard backlight is sensor-activated, and it doesn't work anymore, there's a chance an outdated or corrupt driver is causing the problem. To fix it, you should update your keyboard driver.
