Black screen and glitching part
Can someone help me solve this problem. when turning it on, the dell logo keep glitching and the it starts, it will have a section in like this, and randomly starts having 90% black screen.

It appears you have a failing display panel. Hold the D key through powerup and run a full screen diagnostic. Does the same fault appear?

My screen also looks like this when it the battery percent becomes low. before the problem occur, this usually appears white screen
