Black screen flashing keyboard

Hello

I have a dell inspiron 7506 2n1 and I have been getting blue screens for a while now and a couple days ago I got a blue screen and it instantly went away and now my screen is black and my keyboard flashes every 2-3 second for about 2 seconds. I tried unplugging everything inside and holding the power button to drain the flea power and plug everything back in but it still gives a black screen. I saw other posts and saw someone say press d + power button so when I do it my screen flashes white and a bunch of other colors for a bit before going back to what it was doing before. During that I tried pressing buttons that worked for other people such as f8 f12 windows key FN key tried pressing D again and tried booting it into BIOS but nothing has changed. If you know what’s wrong and how to fix please let me know it would be very appreciated
