Black screen with cursor after inserting my PIN
Hello, i have a dell Inspiron i5 3576 with windows 10. It was working fine but yesterday, when I inserted my pin, windows didn't come up, and there was a black screen with the cursor instead. I have to restart my computer every time this issue come up and it is very annoying. Any help please???

There are too many "solutions" there that I got confused..... I don't know what to do cause I'm afraid of doing more damage. I'm waiting for Dell giving me a specific solution to the issue
