Blue Screen
Alienware m15 R7 AMD
I have had multiple problems with blue screens on my laptop, spent hours on the phone with tech support, and sent it back to the depot for repair. I still have no solution to this problem. I have been “assured” that this issue has been elevated, but they need another 24-48 hours to “fix it”. I haven’t even been sent to a supervisor to discuss and I have been without a working laptop for over two weeks now. I need help with this ASAP!

When a system blue screens, it writes a crash dump file. Use something like WhoCrashed (the free edition is fine) to see what driver or program caused the blue screen.
