Bluetooth and Wifi
I have a Dell Inspiron 7386.
The bluetooth and wifi stops working when I am using it or when I put it to sleep. There's no option to turn the bluetooth and wifi on or off when it is broken and I have to restart my laptop. Most of the times the Wifi fixes and I can connect to networks again but my bluetooth doesn't work 90% of the time. I've troubleshooted it and it says bluetooth is not a function on this laptop but I have used the bluetooth function on this laptop before.

You can use your Service Tag # to see what shipped on your laptop.
It can be a driver issue. Verify by looking at Device Manager.
