Bluetooth driver for windows 10

In device manager, is there a caution arrow on the bluetooth driver, or is it just missing?

@R_R7​  Yes, there is a caution arrow on the bluetooth 

@angelnajera​ In that case, it is most likely a driver related issue. To fix it, just double-click it, then go to the "driver" tab, and then update the driver.

If windows cannot find the right driver, look up the Bluetooth drivers for your laptop, and then download them. Go back to the driver tab in your device manager (for bluetooth), click update, the select "browse my computer for drivers." find the file you just downloaded and use it.

@R_R7​ It says "the best controller is already instaled", but does'nt work yet. Continue showing the caution arrow.

@angelnajera​ it could be a hardware problem then. I'd get it checked out by someone
