Bluetooth not working
I have an laptop dell inspiron N7110, old one. I modify this and working on Windows 11. Only thinks that not work properly is Bluetooth. What can do to work.

Check to see if there are Bluetooth drivers for whatever card you have -- there may not be, in which case you'll need a new bluetooth adapter (probably USB since the internal form factor is obsolete now) that has drivers for windows 11.
