In meantime, run the computer diagnostic tool to check the hardware on the computer by following steps below.
The diagnostic tool will help rule out any faulty hardware that could be causing the problem.
If the diagnostic tool doesn't report any error code then it's most likely the computer is experiencing a software problem.
1. Power off system.
2. Power on system. quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu in the top right corner of the screen.
In Dell eSPA Preboot menu, select Diagnostic. After quick tests, select Hard drive and then Thorough Test Mode. Report back any error code

open the laptop up and remove the battery .(or you can wait for the battery to discharge but did not have the luxury .) once you put the batery back got a tpm error , reboot the machine once again and all seems to work normally after that.
