Hi, I have just bought a G7 and the camera is flickering when I am using Zoom. How do I fix this please

Example: Screen flickering while connected to Zoom - XPS 13 9300
Microsoft have acknowledged this problem with their high resolution Zoom and slow internet speeds due to many users online at the same time. They are going to provide a lower resolution Zoom option. It may help to reduce Zoom resolution settings within your system.

You could try adjusting the camera resolution and brightness settings. What I would personally do is set zoom to use the integrated Graphics so it doesn't have to use all the Fancy Direct3D settings and Noise reduction settings.

Dell XPS 13 video flickering intermittently on both Zoom and Teams Video calls. Tested with two different monitors 24" Dell and 27" LG with dock and also without dock direct HDMI connection using external USB webcam and tested on LG monitor built in webcam. updated drivers using Dell command update still an issue. May have to reimage or issue with Dell XPS laptop we don't use the built in laptop webcam of bad design placed at the bottom of screen good for showing ceiling.

None of the solutions provided helped. Resolved the issue by changing the webcam flicker reduction refresh rate from 60 to 50 Hz or leave it at auto if that is available, changing the refresh rate will fix the video flicker issue.

This is correct as to why it is flickering but it is useless without knowing where the webcam frequency setting is. I can't find a current dell webcam utility.
