cannot find wireless device on my Inspiron tablet
My Inspiron 17 inch tablet all the sudden had no network. When I checked the status in Network Status, it says 'no wireless device'. When I checked in Device Manager, the 'Intel Wireless-AC9560' shows not working. I tried Disable/Enable and even installed the latest drive from Dell site, the wireless network still invisible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try uninstalling then reboot and the adapter should auto-install. If that does not work try reseating the adapter, assuming it is not integrated on the MB. Also run diagnostics, F12 at boot, and watch for any errors on the adapter. Worse case is that the adapter has failed and needs to be replaced.

Hi
A dos command or two, may shed some light ...
netsh wlan show drivers | more /c
powershell Get-NetAdapter
netsh interface ip show interface
netstat -e -r -s | more /c
ipconfig /all
If in doubt please ask.

Thank you for the advise. I uninstalled the Intel Wireless Card driver and reboot the computer. Now everything is back to normal. Thanks.
