Disconnect power adapter from your computer and all other peripherals
Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.
Turn on your computer and check if the caps lock key is now working.
Change your Keyboard Settings:
Go to Settings.
Click Time & Language.
Click Language on the left pane.
Scroll down and click Spelling, typing & Keyboard Settings Advanced keyboard settings.
Scroll down again and click Advanced keyboard settings.
Click Input language hot keys.
Then select Press the SHIFT key to turn off Caps lock. Click Apply and OK to save the changes.
If it was selected to Press the SHIFT key to turn off the Caps lock, you can switch it to Press the CAPS Lock key to turn off the Caps lock. Then save the changes.
Then restart your computer, and press the SHIFT key (or the CAPS LOCK key) to turn off the Caps lock and see if it works.
Don't forget to restart, the restart process is fundamental for this to work.

Check if your keyboard is functioning properly and try restarting your computer.
