Can't Install Alienware Command Center

Question

Hello, I really need help downloading the alienware command center on my laptop to change the fanspeed settings as well as my other fx. The application kept crashing so I've tried uninstalling the application by following the youtube video dell posted and when trying to reinstall I get several messages saying there is an internet connectivity issue when installing the files. I obviously have internet connection so Im not sure how to fix this. Please Help Me.

I’ve solved this by installing the Alien Command Center Suite!! Once I downloaded that I restarted computer. Make sure you have installed the Alienware OC Controls as well to change your overclock & thermal settings.

!!!!!!!ACTUAL SOLUTION EXPLAINED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a user above described, they got it to work by downloading AWCC Suite. This alone made no sense to me until I found the oldest possible compatible version of the application, which does in fact download as "AWCC Suite". I was FINALLY able to get my AWCC app installed by going to Alienware Command Center Application | Driver Details | Dell US and downloading the 5.4.35.0, A00 version of the app released in April of 2022. After downloading from this link, I downloaded Alienware OC, as the above user vaguely described, and now everything is working.

I too am having this issue.  I purchased a used R11 that I setup.  3 days ago it downloaded, installed, and worked fine, but I ran into some issues that I had to do a fresh reset and install of windows.  Now I am getting the same issue.

I’ve been actively trying to deal with this issue for 8 hours. It seems like a newer issue since this thread is just pretty much the only one detailing the issue. Hopefully this person either elaborates.

I just decided to restore my Alienware m15 Ryzen Edition R5 and this is absolutely ridiculous. I have an Omen also and never had an issue with my omen but seems everytime i turn around a new issue pops up with this and my Dell G17. Im honestly considering selling my alienware. as mush as we pay for these computers to not even have software is ridiculous. I am extremely upset. Just want to say thanks to the above commenter for the Old packages it worked but this should not be an issue for us to fix.
