Cash back not received

Hello, 

I brought Inspiron 15, 5510 on November 11 2021 at dell.Com.. It's been 3 months and I haven't received the cash back on this.I have trusted dell so much.But haven't expected this mis-service from you. 

Atleast react on this now.I am posting this issue 2nd time..
