correcting to default bios boot settings for Dell 3521
:mansad:
I was trying to get a Dell 3521 to boot from a USB and changed some BIOS settings without taking note and now get to a boot menu on start up. See attached picture for that menu. Not sure if I made a change there. What should default be?
Settings I may not have reset correctly in the BIOS under the boot menu include UEFI Boot, Secure Boot, Boot List option.
I would like to get things back to default and I may skip booting from a USB.
ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

As pictured below, I selected F9 (setup defaults), clicked yes, selected F10 (Save and Exit) clicked yes and was sent back to the same boot menu with the black background. Restarting sends me back to the boot menu with the black background. In that boot menu with the black background, there are 2 main menus, UEFI BOOT and OTHER OPTIONS. Under OTHER OPTIONS, there is a sub menu which when selected reads:
Legacy Boot Mode, Secure Boot (Off or On)
UEFI Boot Mode, Secure Boot (Off or On)
That allows for four possible combinations which I just tried to no effect on restart (after saving) except turning both on and restarting brings up the message "Operation System Not found"

Open your motherboard and remove your hardware and again insert in it
Note : to open your motherboard you need to unscrew all screws
