Corrupted/Missing HD Audio Driver

Since yesterday, my speakers haven't been playing any sound. The speakers and the Realtek Audio drivers seem to be functioning but the HD Audio Controller seems to be missing/corrupted(Code 45 Error). I have reset my laptop but the issue still persists. I have gone through all the regular steps of reinstalling the driver and stuff yet no fix has been found. Any fix would be appreciated.
