Cursor not working

It's been 9 months I am using this laptop and in this 9 months I had to contact support like 4-5 times because each and every time there's something going on with this laptop. I am fed up of this. I still have the warranty on and honestly I am not happy with the product. Right now I cannot see my cursor, despite of the fact that I have not done anything to the laptop or made a mistake. Even after trying everything issue hasn't been resolved. 

I honestly truely want to return this laptop and get refund. 

Please help me.
