Dell Backup and Recovery is not fully compatible with Windows 10 -- it must be installed under an earlier version of Windows, updated, and then it will work with 10 if you upgrade the system.

So is there anyway so i could recovery my laptop back to Windows version that came with my laptop?

If the recovery partition is intact, you should be able to recover to Windows 7, if that is what you are wanting.

Yes, since it's likely that system came with Windows 8.
