DDR5 32 GB RAM
Hi sir, can we use DDR5 32GB (16x2) RAM in our Dell Inspiron 3567 model Laptop with Windows 10?
Or what is the best matching pair of RAM we can use in that model?

No, that system uses DDR4. DDR5 will not work -- or physically fit -- the system.
Memory options here:

Then from your link, I found 32 GB DDR4:
1.) Can I use Crucial 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-2400 SODIMM
2.) I have 8 GB DDR4 and 1 TB SSD, but still, the laptop is not as fast as it would be for running programming software super fast work. So If I use 32 GB DDR4 then can I get better speed or What do I need to make it super fast for programming?
