I understand that you are referring to INSPIRON 3580. After the hard drive replacement did you complete driver updates and check if the Intel Graphics Card is seen in the device manager?
If not you can try updating the same using the Support Assist Application. If you do not have support assist installed on your system, you can do so by using the link below:https://dell.to/2m7gUBN
I see you are also working with us on a McAfee related issue via Private Note. To ensure that we address all the issues reported do get back to us via private note.
I'm following up to check if you were able to install McAfee antivirus on your system also were you able to install the drivers with the help of the Dell Support Assist application? Message us if you need any assistance.
I have bought Laptop DELL Inspiron 3580, Intel Core i7-8565U up to 4.6GHz, 15.6" Full HD, 8GB, SSD 256GB, AMD Radeon 520 2GB.
In the specifications of the laptop on the vendor's site, I have: - video card: Radeon 520 - graphic processor: Intel UHD Graphics 620
I seem to encounter the same problem as reported in this thread: I have in my Device Manager, under Display Adapter, both Microsoft Basic Display Adapter and Radeon 520. I think my computer under Windows 10 is using Microsoft Adapter and, because of this, I cannot connect with HDMI, for example, on a Monitor.
Can you please tell me what to do? I ran the Dell Support Assist application and installed all drivers; however, I cannot get rid of that Basic Adapter.

I have the same HDMI not initilised problem:
- with the implicit Microsoft Basic Display Adapter not work
- Intel Iris Plus/UHD Graphics Driver - the system do not accept to be installed and give error
Can you help me with an equivalent driver (from Intel support web pages nothing works).
