Deleting Personal Data Before Returning a Laptop
I ordered and received a Dell Windows 11 Home laptop, and I set it up with my personal data. The laptop was not what I wanted, and I am authorized to return it. How do I go about deleting my personal data. I assume I shouldn't delete the OS.

Well, the more I look at the different methods, I'm not sure what method to use. The more I investigate, the more I get confused and some of the methods are way too complicated for me to perform. I just want to delete my private data. By the way, both laptops I ordered said they were blue, but they were silver. Disappointed.
