Dell 3567 RAM&SSD upgrade

Hej all,

The HDD in my 3567 laptop died some time ago so I'm planning to replace it with an SSD instead, plus I want to upgrade my RAM too from 4 to 8 GB. I have an extremely noob question:

Are Inspiron 3567 and Inspiron 15 3567 the same? I'm looking literally everywhere but I've been unable to figure it out. Obviously, I wouldn't like to end up with ordering something incompatible.
