Dell 7390 camera obscured by internal structure

Hello, 

I bought this laptop last April, and recently noticed the camera is extremely obscured. Upon close observation, I noticed that some sort of internal structure has shifted inside of the camera housing and is now blocking the camera from getting a full picture. 

My wife uses this device for school and requires a clear and working Webcam for remote exams, so we need to find an expedited fix for this problem. 

The laptop has not left our home since I brought it home, and has not been dropped or experienced any rough use. 

I'm at a loss as to how something internal could have shifted so drastically as to block the camera. 

What are my options?
