Dell 7559 Purple Static Screen Ghosting + Horizontal Lines

Hey guys, i had a huge search and all the problems about ghosting and horizontal lines are not the same as mine. I'm posting a image below from my screen problem, and wan't to know if the most common problem its on lcd cable or on screen. I can't just test any of them cause here in Brazil the screen and cable are very expensive, and they are both chinese (not original). Dell doesn't sell original parts for this notebook in Brazil. Above a photo of the screen with horizontal small lines and purple ghosting, both doesn't move or flick: https://imgur.com/a/VSEJpUx I already tested with hdmi, with greyscale filter, even in BIOS the screen stills like that.
