Dell audio control panel problems inspiron 5567

I've had this problem for a while now I couldn't find a solution. My current audio driver is the R2.82 version downloaded directly from Realtek's website. It's the only driver I've found that successfully opens the dell audio control panel. File name is "RtkNGUI64". My problem is that this application seems to be missing a couple of features, I'm suspecting the driver I've downloaded isn't compatible with Waves MaxxAudio Pro. Here is what I'm seeing:

I've tried downloading the realtek audio driver from dell's website specifically for inspiron 5567, however I wasn't able to open the dell audio control panel after installing it. Is there any way I can fix this? I've tried updating and rolling back my drivers all to no avail. Any help would be muchly appreciated.
